Kitchen update

As many of you know, we have been re-vamping our kitchen. Well it is finally done, and as promised, here are some before and after shots. We said good-bye to the painted countertops and tiles, and hello to new sleeker models. Brian installed the countertops and my Dad and Justin did the backsplash. Thanks to the men in my family for all the work!

hmm, maybe a little frustrated?

Lets not forget the contribution of Justin's Dad in the "tear-down and rebuid drywall, who the heck built this house" phase

That is beautiful! I LOVE the tiles. I'm gonna have to show Steve, I want to copy your idea of a tile backsplash. Wow, you guys are just in reno mode, eh?

Thanks for hangin' out with us the other night. Always fun to hang out with you two!

GREAT job you guys. We share your reno-ing pain....we're in the house with still a few jobs to do (tile backsplash in kitchen, tile around tub in main bathroom) but most of the work is done. When it's all over we can hang out, play some games and swap demolition stories

The kitchen looks very snazzy and beautiful. What a lovely job the men did. Also it's great you are handling the pregnancy so well.
